Netgear WGR614 v4. Need help with IP address and DNS settings.?
This morning my dad came in and handed me a wireless router. It's a Netgear WGR614 v4. I plugged everything in and tried getting a signal from my laptop. Everything was fine until a page popped up asking for the IP and DNS addresses. (IP, subnet, gateway) DNS (Primary, secondary)
Can somebody please help me out?
There was no manual. I just have the wireless router and I plugged the internet cord from the back of my desktop to the back of the Netgear router. I'm trying to get my laptop working.

Lost WEP key on netgear (54mbps wgr614 v4) wirelss router i am sitting infront of the router right now,?
About a6 months i purchsed a wireless router about a week before i THOUGH i was going to buy a laptop. Yesterday, i actually did buy one and i dug out the router, problem is i cant connect with the laptop because i forgot the WEP code i set for it. How can i reset (or totally remove the wep code, which i want to do) Without the curret code. PLease Help!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Well plss listen to me carefully. In front or back of router there is a small RESET button . Will reset router with factory default settings.If you wanna know more.....

i have purchased a net gear router for my computor i dont know how to down load the software the reason i did not recieved any disc .

No need to download any software for it. Read the manual for setting it up and just type in your browser address bar www.routerlogin.net and it should give you access to it.
