Reset Netgear router - now issues?
Last week I reset my Netgear Router because I was not able to login to the routerlogin.net site. Now that I've reset my router it won't connect to my modem. Everytime I connect it, the Internet light keeps blinking orange. I've tried using the setup disc to reprogram the router, but it does not locate the modem signal when I have the modem plugged into the router. Any ideas why this is happening and how I can fix?
netgear answers:
Call your ISP. If the router's WAN settings require any special setup in the router, the ISP will tell you what to put into the settings.

I push the reset on my netgear router Wgt624 v3?
Now it not going on the internet. I try to login but it will not let me do that. help me Plz!!!!
netgear answers:
Pushing the reset can cause all kinds of problems. Go to the unit and hold the reset for at least 10 seconds. Momentarily pull the power plug and let it restart. You should be able to then get into it and do a set up. If you had a static IP from your provider, you may need to put that back in for Internet connection. If not, it should negotiate wiht the provider and get a connection.

netgear answers:
Without resetting, you cannot get or change the password for your router.
Your ISP will not know, The Government will not know, Minecraft developers will not know, Netgear representative will not know, Your momma doesn't know.
Actually she might know and not be telling you. Good luck.
